I remember my dad taking my brother and I to see this at the Duffield movie theater in downtown Brooklyn, NY. Dr. J was his and my favorite basketball player back then. Still number 1 in my book.

My best friend and I saw this movie as seven-year-olds in the Pittsburgh suburbs when C.H.O.M.P.S. was sold out. It was the first movie I ever saw without a parent, and we assumed that it was going to be about a giant fish because we hadn't seen a trailer. Somehow, we weren't disappointed with the experience and still think of it fondly.

Wow! I remember watching this in Toronto as a kid. Dr.J was so cool. Cheese ball movie, even back then. Silly fun.

I saw this in the theater. My friends and I loved it even though it doesn't look like most people did. I was 10 lol. I remember a really smart kid that put the whole team together but I didn't see him at all in the trailer. Or maybe I'm thinking of another movie, lol.
