I think, in my opinion, the Puppet is one of (if not) the most pacifist of all the animatronics. She was (one of) the first children who had died, left without anybody to (and to quote the pizza sim quote) hold her up in their arms, so she devoted her entire life to helping and holding the other children in her arms, taking them under her wing. The Puppet is a pure soul.

2:40 If you look closely at Nightmarionette's kill screen(jumpscare), it appears to have light blue colours and a lack of teeth.
If you brighten the image, the colours will be brighter and still no teeth.

2 things why the puppet jumpscares you:
1. she (Charlie) is kinda trauma towards adults since William killed her and doesn't really believe that 'not all adult people are bad' (lore)
2. of course it's obvious, you didn't wind up the music box (gameplay)
