In this video we shall be taking a look at the Judiciary and ask some questions about the role it plays in the UK legal and political system. We shall be looking at questions about Judicial Appeal, Judicial independence and ask whether things like the Human Rights Act have made the judiciary too political in recent years. This video will be useful for anyone studying AQA, OCR or Edexcel A level Politics.

Hello, Congratulation for the video. Very Clear. However, I wondering if you could provide me (or tell me where I could find it) an organisation chart or anything that could help me get an idea of the British Judicial System between 1870 and 1912, please ? You know something like "1) House of Lords 2) High Court etc. I have it for the organisation in our days, but not for the period I mentionned up here. Thanks

So when did the UK judiciary become cowards, and is there a point to having a judiciary?
