Honestly i think it's healthy to allow kids to occasionally have a midnight snack they're less likely to feel guilty in the future and have the mental struggle making them feel like they have to eat lots before they get caught. This is just from experience it's hard create a healthy relationship with food but it's even harder to heal a broken relationship with food. ❤

I’ve commented before but watching how you treat your step daughter as your own and feed her is so healing for me.
