For the recent big Powerball jackpot, I bought 1 full ticket based on a combination of the statistically most common draws and numbers that haven't appeared in certain positions. I bought a 2nd full ticket that was a combination of birthdays & Quick Pick. One the 1st ticket, I matched exactly one number in one of the 5 games. If you have to pick six numbers pick 3 odd and 3 even. Or 2 odd and 4 even. Or 4 odd and 2 even. Those combinations come out the most and is easy to prove it mathematically using factorials. Doing this the odds of winning are still in the millions and still a matter of luck.
