I fresh cut my own fries and a bacon in the oven at 400° for 20 minutes that's my safe alternative instead of having french fries that are loaded with Grease. I have lunch meat but I always make sure that it has no MSG and is not treated with sodium nitrate and I only have two slices of meat on my sandwich not like 10 slices like some people do? If I want a cookie I'll have one cookie. With a cup of hot tea. Instead of soda pop or Cola in some areas? I'll have a quarter cup of lemonade with unsweetened tea with my meals. I don't cut out sugar completely because that's literally impossible, believe me I've been using one package of raw sugar, or was called Apple syrup which is a low glycemic alternative, I'll put that in my hot tea, or coffee? And if I want to have a slice of apple pie I don't eat a full slice of pie like some do? I'll nibble at it until I feel it's enough? and believe it or not? I ate bread all the time just not white bread and not enriched bread or or full of crap that they put in there? I get my first bread from an actual Bakery where they don't put that kind of stuff in there? I don't eat meat every single day or at every single meal I'll leave me every once in awhile in fact I think the last time I had a hamburger was in August. Last time I had a steak was in September. Guess how much I weigh 126 lb. And I'm 42. I can go on and go on and go on about my my choice is what I eat but it will go on and on forever, so basically what they're telling you is or what I can tell you you can eat what you want just don't consume a whole lot of it?

Something this vid doesn't mention that should be obvious is STOP drinking energy drinks. Completely. They're highly addictive and horrible for you.
