Crewed Soyuz spacecraft moved to new space station docking port

The Soyuz MS-23 spacecraft with Expedition 69;s Frank Rubio of NASA, and Roscosmos cosmonauts Sergey Prokopyev and Dmitri Petelin aboard was moved to the International Space Station's Prichal docking module on Aprll 6, 2023.

The move was needed to make way for the "uncrewed Roscosmos Progress 84 cargo spacecraft later this year and frees the Poisk airlock for the upcoming Roscosmos spacewalks in April and May," according to NASA.

I understand that Russia wants to send another Progres 84 resupply ship. Where from? As in baykonur there are big problems/
