I think there is room for improvement of the setup time, but not much. :)

It's bigger, probably has less people setting up.... I'll bet it was faster lol.

Did they let you carry anything to or from your stand? In a lot of union-shop venues, you can't even carry a sandwich bag; a union laborer must do it for you.
