I have been doing the zero based budgeting since January and whilst I still have atleast 18 months to go before most of my retail debt is cleared, March and April have been the first times where I had cash left to buy groceries for the last week of the month. Generally my money is up by 15th of the month and I have to use credit for rest of the month. Cash stuffing the weekly grocery money has been such a help!
