hi ninebot, im a bit frustrated and don't know what to do so im posting here. i received my ninebot one e+ and used it once til the battery fully drained. now when i plug in charger to wall, its green, i plug in ninebot it turned red for some time until it charged and then turned green. which i thought was normal. now i unplug it and the LEDs light up for one second and beeps then powers off. if i plug it back in, it does the same thing except i can repeatedly press button and it will light up and beep then turn off. it really seems that i got a dead battery but i rode it first day, 2nd day it wont charge? HELP PLEASE

Hey Ian, do you ever answer questions regarding other EUC's besides the Ninebot? I wish I could get a 9B1, but it's out of my price range! I have one of the sort of generic ones from Banggood - a TG-M3 model. Stupidest thing in the world happened to me...and I know you are always tinkering and are very knowledgeable about the inner workings of these things, so I wanted to ask your opinion.

My jacket sleeve accidentally got sucked up by the turning wheel up into the wheel housing. I managed to pull it out, but now when I turn the unit on, all the lights come on but it only beeps and the motor/gyro will not come on/engage. Any thoughts? I saw a few comments here and there where other people have just had the beeping and no motor and they were told the circuit board has been killed and will need replacing. Do you agree or do you think it could just be hung up somehow? Just got this thing and don't want to be out $300 before I even get good at riding it! I'm crying!!!
