The majority of cyclists own cars, and you would not do that in a car. Why some cyclists think they are exempt from laws put in place for safety is beyond me. Riding on the pavements, riding through red lights, riding across crossings for pedestrians, riding through prohibited areas, riding and weaving dangerously through slow moving traffic, and riding without lights at night. Its dangerous and p####s everyone else off around them. Ultimately, this gives the rest of us cyclists abiding by the rules bad press. Sort it out guys!!!!

Drivers are just as bad at breaking the law, phone use in cars, eating, drinking, distractions. Don't believe me be a passenger on the m25 and look around you. These commuters give cycling a bad name. Your frustrated as they are getting away with it and get on down the road. We need traffic police. To book everyone who thinks they are above the law, but alas what we have is picking up drivers for their bad habits and deaths.

so what? Red light should not be mandatory for cyclists most of the Time. Code should evolve .

There should be a law that cyclists have to do the theory test. Once passed, they have to register themselves online for a registration number and pay for insurance. Maybe the bike should be fitted with a device inside the frame with sensors fitted at lights. If they go on the red, the sensor picks this up and fines them.

They go through because they don't have number plates, therefore cannot be identified.

I see this all the time in London so does my dashcam 😂 mopeds are starting to do this on lights with no cameras
