It would take them months to update every pixel etc, so remastering is a pretty good thing. Just put some HD on it and it's good to go! I'd rather see if redone with God of War 3 graphics, but that would never happen, and that would take a lot of time.. Still ;>

Im buying this so I can play it with better controls and on a larger screen. I really couldn't care less about the graphical changes; the games already looked awesome to me.

Why does the commercial have to be as long as the video?

@pspguy2013 well they actually did more than port the graphics over though, they also 4x the texture resolution, and double and triple the polygon counts for the environment and character, if they did a simple port we would see graphics like the gta stories games

@jinzo64 techwise it is very improve 4x texture resolution, and 2-3x more polygons, but its just because of it being a bigger screen, it was on a smaller screen it would be very noticeable

pretty much higher resolution and smoothed out the rough edges (add anti-aliasing).

Going from the psp version, to my 46 inch 3d samsung HDTV, is just awesome!! Sharper image, smooth gameplay at 60 fps, great sound, is beast!! Any fan with a PS3, I recommend buying it! I bought this, the collection, and GoW3, I going to play each game once more, even if you already play this on ps2, or psp you will be amaze how this remaster vesion looks n plays, a must own!!

For me it changes nothing, cuz when u play it on psp the screen is smaller so u don't need 1080p resolution to have an "HD" experience!

@RedMclaren no but if you download them from the psv's psn store, it will filter the image and produce a better image than the psp does

@2007pepsilover every multi platform game looks best in this order 1. pc 2. xbox. 3. ps3 thats because it isnt using the bluray technology but when it is for only ps3 it looks pretty good
