I'm trying to load another BSJ show BUT SME SONY have hit me with another Legal Take Down notice - thus stopping me from loading another show up. WHAT'S THE MATTER WITH SONY SME !!! DONT BUY THEIR MUSIC. I've issued a Federal Court Counter Notice. I'm not sure this is not actionable by me - they appear to be preventing my creative works from being broadcast. Perhaps I should sue for damages. Are their any US Copyright Lawyers out there to help me bring an action to seek damages.
