You're not maxed out on space -- those bars are all relevant to the largest directory. So your public_html usage bar is going to be 100%, and home directory is most of that usage, so its bar is going to look like it's 99%.

Yup have godaddy, this has been happening. No more room. Going to remove some media picture files.
