For some reason, i am having issues screwing the left arm part. Any tricks? Help!!! No matter how I try seems loose :/ It can only fit one... the rest of two wont.

This was a nightmare to put together only because the metal plate that I attached to the seat first (as per video instruction) would not align with the back part of the chair. I had to put the metal plate and back part together first and then screw them onto the seat.

It's not too often I find a company's guide the that isn't full of cringe or forced marketing while being drown out by elevator music
This guide went at an excellent pacing, had good camera angles, and thoroughly covered every step - I started second guessing the paper guide because the angles were a bit unclear - pairing the paper guide's part/screw lettering along with the video guide made the assembly experience a breeze!

For Steps 6 & 7 - the QNL combo would not screw tightly into the bottom for me :( it seemed way too short to grab. I had to use the spare P

This chair is really big (wide/deep) for my 5'6" and 126lb body frame. I can barely rest my arms on the armrest.... Also, from the product spec and images online, it seems the simplified version has the potential to install the add-ons, the Headrest & Legrest. I bought the simple one last year when the ones with add-ons were out of stock all the time. After using it for a while, I noticed it is too big for me and I'm not feeling comfortable, as my back and arms cannot be rested on the chair at the same time. So, I'm wondering if you guys sell the add-ons (Headrest & Legrest) separately, so I can make my chair work better.

One of the screws on the leg rest is impossible to take out.. why?!?!

Just got my chair the other day and assembled it. I had a fairly substantial issue with step 6. The Q bolts were not long enough to be able to screw them into the threads at the front of the seat. I ended up leaving off the spring washers because otherwise nothing I tried allowed me to screw those in. Might either want to update the instructions to omit the spring washers or provide bolts that are long enough, like the P bolts.

Edit: actually watching this again, it appears in this video all four are the same length of the P bolts. Whats up with that?

Followed these instructions but the up/down and reclining levers on the chair don't do anything! How do I get them to engage with the reclining mechanism?

at the 3:00 mark, the left-hand lever broke and my chair is in a perm reclined position. Called and emailed asking for a replacement. Got no follow up. Sad cause it seems like a comfortable chair.

Fixed one of my armchair, but unable to fix the other one. The bolts meant for it are simply not long enough to bolt one of the armchair. The other armchair worked perfectly fine.
