Basically, I feel like Yuki is testing Alya, to see what is more improtant to her: winning the presidential race, or Masachika. It's her way of finding out if Alya is worthy her brother.

She may be a tease and a mini-Deadpool, but if there is one thing that Yuki loves more than anything, it's her older brother. And seeing him happy for her would be the bigger victory than being a president.

The fact if Masachika didn't appear in time, Alya's spirit will be totally destroyed and she won't be able to face Yuki after that even with Masachika. She was also hint to the fact that without Masachika, she is not a worth opponent. Alya basically got her pride damaged and totally disregard the difference between hers and Yuki's communication skill, try to go 1 on 1 against Yuki. Naturally she would be crushed before she even got a chance to do something.
