I know that the Thor's hammer is all about presentation, but you might as well just cook that whole shank roast and put more meat on the table. I've been cutting shank roast out of my deer probably for the last 15 to 20 years and I'll leave them whole. But thanks for a great content. Show filled. Extravaganza entertainment. Great recipes. I love their videos but I just don’t get the Thors Hammer. I mean it looks cool before it’s cooked but it doesn’t get served that way. The meat all falls off the bone and it just becomes a slow cooked braised and pulled beef. Why not leave all that other meat on there and have more to serve?
