I think The Incredibles takes a little inspiration from this philosophy. The Supers are exceptional because they have strange abilities (aka powers). On the other hand, the Regs (the ones who lack powers) made laws forcing the Supers to become normal everyday Reg citizens instead of embracing their true nature. IMO the Supers would prefer a world of their own where they can exercise their will to power freely among each other without the Regs around to keep them in check.

Master morality doesn´t create slaves necessarily, slaves are created by cowardice. Masters would prefer a world of masters. It´s like saying "you only lose when you give up" giving up is the choice of the slave. Kanye West addressed this when he commented on "400 years of slavery" etc... he said "that sounds like a choice" of course Kanye is among the least Christian public figures around right now lol, even if he calls himself a Christian.
