Particles didn't reach to earth surface that's why dust particles rain on earth everywhere and all have to clean and sweep the house daily basis. Actually it is dust Ash of burnt plasma particles or say swon white cell burnt and fell down on earth always. that's the history I have seen since my Childhood.

They do know that causes them? We learned this in my college astronomy class. Basically the sun is so strong that it twists its magnetic field around itself. The fields rise to the surface causing sun spots and eventually snap like a kink in a hose. This causes solar flairs which send the rays flying. We are constantly being showered by them but our own magnetic field absorbs the rays causing the celestial lights. Vary rarely we will get hit with huge solar flairs that disrupt electronic in space but for the most part it doesn't effect us at all. Things that fall either burn up in the sky or crash In unpopulated areas. They dont cause much damage and it's rare. Most things will just keep orbiting earth until they are fixed or recycled. Additionally, as long as we have gravity we will be ok.
