Hey guys 👋 I should’ve mentioned this in the video, my bad. Just wanted to credit Likelihood Art as I was HEAVILY inspired by one of her pieces of work when creating the dude in the thumbnail. She’s an amazing artist and you should go give her a follow if you don’t already❤️

This video was super helpful, I was actually quite shocked when I clicked on it and saw the ridiculously low amount of likes and views! Thank you for this though, fingers crossed you'll blow up because you'd deserve it! Great video

After watching hundreds of skin painting tutorials, I have to say, this one is by far the most helpful. This channel’s going somewhere 😭

This video was is so useful. You just summarized everything you need to know about painting skin in one simple video by actually explaining how to paint any skin in any style, not just showing us how YOU do it without telling us about the reasons for the brush strokes you put.
Tysm for this video, i can't believe how i missed channel till now❤

2:13 looks like the way i color most of my OC's though most of them are either suffering for various mental illnesses, are junkies or are chronically tired. So it checks out. Anywho thank you for the thorough tutorial <3 Will be applying these tips in the future. For characters that are not suffering for once

WOW the algorithm is at work! Bc I was just finishing a sketch and feeling kinda :/ about how it looked(sketches don’t need to be perfect but I’m dumb and a perfectionist) and I was like “okay well I know what to practice more on” AND THEN I OPEN YOUTUBE TO SEE THIS VIDEO NICELY EXPLAINING EVERYTHING I NEEDED HELP WITH😭 instant subscriber fr

Also for the heads/planes it’s paid for the extra stuff but customizable is head model studios.

I loved this video over time I’ve gotten better at sketches but I still can’t color for anything and this video helped so so much

I almost screamed when you talked about edge control. A LOT of people jump this and it's one of my main issues. Also what kind of brush do you use on edges, Idk if it's me but when I use my soft brush it's not a stable, my pressure makes it have some darker spots. Still getting the hang of it

Was hesitant to click on this video everytime i saw it because the art isn't the art style i am going for but its actually really good! Like it doesn't show how to color skin in ur artstyle but rather tips and fundamentals that can be applied to any artstyle, thanks a lot!

So art has never been my thing, and I never cared about it. But this year, since I was really unproductive, I decided to do something with my life and try to gain the skill. My main goal is to draw decent stylized people digitally. I started with animals, and although I improved quickly, I swiftly hit a wall which I just couldn't get past. So I braved it and started drawing humans, I even bought Procreate for maximum results.

And.. I'm improving again! Results are a little slow but there's definitely some learning going on, and I'm happy wifh my progress. I'm undoubtably still a beginner, but I try to draw daily. Your viddos have been extremely helpful because they inspire me and make me think "hey, maybe if I practice enough, I can get to that guy's level".

I'm surprised you're not more popular. Thanks for the opportunity and inspiration. And if you have any words of advice for a beginner, shoot!

One of the first videos that actually teach you HOW and not just repeating the steps the artist does, thank you so much for this wonderful video
