It’s been proven that the mules that actually foal are genetically donkeys. I’ve forgotten how that works or the specific correct terminology, but that’s what it is in a nut shell. Somehow, they got the genetics of the donkey instead of a horse so can breed with a donkey.

"Peanut" that's a cute name for a baby mule, he looks like a cute little fuzz ball so his name should be "Fuzz Ball"

Are all donkeys gaited that way or just this little 3/4 donkey baby? Her feet move in parallel like a pacer. Baby looks like donkey. I saw short video another miracle mule foal and that one looked more like a horse or just like mom: like a mule.

They said Peanut roamed with horses and donkeys, so is Miracle 3/4 donkey or 3/4 horse.

That looks like a donkey foal to me. No update, but I'm guessing the reason the mule didn't have any milk was because that wasn't her foal.

It's not impossible but most hybrid males are sterile take the Savannah cat for example all females are viable the males are terrible up to about the fourth generation

It means the Mule had a baby with its mom's half sibling cause thats the only way

The mule is only sterile with horses ( because higher than their chromosomes) but they are not with donkeys because they have less chromosomes

It does make since that since they are Horses that it would work because really it is the horse king so no different animals but variation in that kind
