I live in Korea and boy is it hard to find a decent Galax review in English... Cheers mate! They have such a monopoly here as there are NO other companies releasing the 2070 Super locally.

nice review specially the music I enjoy watching all your reviews with that soundtrack. I have been with Vega 64 before and there's a lot of bugs with its driver in every update so I choose the GALAX RTX 2070 Super EX Gamer Black Edition for upgrade. Its a huge upgrade coming from Strix Vega 64 and also I don't have to worry about the power draw, temp and bugs anymore. :)

I had a Galaxy GeForce 7600 GS ~13 years ago with one of those Zalman looking coolers on the GPU core. It was a monster at overclocking and it was really cheap for the great performance it provided.

I liked Galax or Galaxy and wanted to try out their products as I was getting into PC years ago.
I finally got a decent budget together for a PC and I noticed that they suddenly disappeared from the sites that I used.
This meant ordering from them directly would cost me more because of the shipping fees from where they are and where I am, versus ordering from the sites I used.
They had really nice HOF cards. Pure white or mostly white :P Which would make for a nice card in a themed build.

I returned my recently purchased Gigabyte 2060 windforce to get this card based upon this review, super glad I did. Fantastic price (compared to the 2060 at least) and runs cooler (the major reason I returned the 2060) despite only just having enough clearance to run a sata cable between it and the PSU shroud in my mATX build (case is the Cougar MG120-G).

Good company, good card. All comes down to price, performance and if you reeeaally need this level of performance for playing a few games or if you are a 'hard core' gamer.

My Zotac 2070 Super Amp Extreme ever gets over 65 C° with original cooling, which about i'm really happy cause its a good card an will life long. All in one it comes eally handy that it is the same chip as the 2080(super) just on lower load, much better to trim a strong chip than overboost a weak one i think.
