Nishio really self-destructed when he decided to not let go of his ego and pride, blaming Meguru for his own mistakes. Nishio, YOU'RE FIRED! Serves him right unless he started reflecting on his actions. Its nice that Fuuka fell in love with Meguru because of his passionate work and good personality and both will definitely become a couple in the future.

I thought that Fuuka was just a bit naive to be so distant with men, but it seems that her father's teachings made her good at compartmentalizing her reactions. The antagonist was just LAME.
He tried to destroy both companies bonds (the ones mentioned in the title) *only because the girl loved the MC* .
No wonder why later the boss told to *get the hell out of there*, and I believe he was just about to do more than for some reason (considering the *damage* almost caused by the same antagonist).
Also, he should be glad he wasn't reported to the police for *obstruction of business* ...even if considering what happened in the afterstory, I can say that I'm glad about how it ended up for him.
