I had my second attack a couple weeks ago and recently got diagnosed with CH. Almost exactly 4 years since the first time I got it.
The first time I had a dentist root fill a healthy tooth, which obviously didn't help, and another to pull my wisdom teeth.
Silly thing is I have a jar with self harvested psilocybe semilanceata and self grown (years ago) cubensis which I have because of curiousity. I haven't had any in a very long time, and I didn't take any during my last attack. I'd wish I was more aware and try to bust, but I didn't.
I wasn't able to sleep lying down for two weeks, and I had to sleep in a sitting position. It feels distant to think back on how ill I was and how painful it was. Sweating, freezing, throwing up, whining, being restless and tensioned. At some points it felt as if a little prod would make my soul poof out of my face. I don't know how to word it otherwise, it felt as if I was dying.
