I genuinely wish TIFF's YouTube strategy can be updated. Why is 2024 in the title when it's a throwback, as written in the description? It's not even a great title (four words - "Lady Gaga Gets Emotional")? This title works with TikTok and Instagram - which you are clearly focusing on more, and I get it - but not YouTube. I feel like whoever runs this doesn't understand this platform at all.

To get views from people watching Joker 2 press, post a throwback from both the Joker and A Star is Born screenings in 2019 together.

(Also, Q&As being dragged out after the festival just hurts the videos' chances with the algorithms. People won't be searching for them then, and the low number of views across the channel year-round hurts any attempts at getting recommendations to people around theatrical releases.)
