No lies told! I just picked up Java & Spring Boot as well. Once you know the concepts, etc in one language. Picking up another language is easier & just about syntax.

Flash cards have been amazing for me as well. Active recall has been proven to be more effective than just making notes and reading them.

What do you think is the best way to start off in software engineering. I am in a boot camp with tech I.s and I was not aware I would be doing python first. I am required to learn and pass this quiz in 7 days. I am ready to drop out of this camp because I didn’t know Math was a requirement. It has so many equations and variables. Im working on building calculators. It probably wouldn’t be bad for someone who has freshly taken college algebra and statistics
