DO THIS ASAP - Xbox 360 500GB HDD Upgrade - Download your entire game library!

Today I'm upgrading by Xbox 360's HDD from 250GB to 500GB. The July 29th deadline is here, but the bigger problem is that Microsoft will just remove content for various reasons. Get your drive upgraded today.
This upgrade is NOT contingent on the July 29th, 2024 deadline. You can do this anytime!

NOTE: You can also just use a USB enclosure with a hard drive or SSD as well if you just want to add to your existing drive. This is by far the easiest method.

For such and easy task, took me hours. Had to build a win7 system to make the bootable usb as Win10-11 say Write protected. After that had to get out a legacy MB to RUN hddhackr as my laptop had no ata drive error. But I got it flashed (500gbWD) and it worked fine in the xbox 360. Formatted right up and Installed a game on the drive.

RGH/JTAG is your best option now. I have a 500gb HDD but used all of its space with only 88mb left. You can't go any higher on the 360. With a modded system you can go 4tb and beyond aswell being able to back up your games.

Buy more games before "time runs out"? NO. manufacturer is actively abandoning hardware and software sales.
the only option left after they close is the high seas. ARRR. they actively don't want your money, so it's not "stealing".
