Hi, unfortunately does not always work when u have massive data. I have over 20, 000 rows and tryin to figure out how many of those accounts are unique because accounts range from 1-20 rows.

how would you do this on a non sorted list, isn't there just a way to assign value by searching the list without doing a sort?

hi, sir good day, i have a problem, and i need your help, example in first hour in warehouse inventory one lot there is 32 apples and then next hour its 38, thus if i subtract its 6 and its correct, but what about if the quota is 40 maximum, then the next following hour its 39 and goes back to 5 so the total count is 6, but if i use subtraction the result is negative which is -34 which is wrong. I hope you can assist and help me with this. Thanks.

Just a trivia interest. Do you want to count Anderson IL and SC as the same?

If you want to be able to do this without sorting the information, you can write an if statement where you countif everything above the line you are checking for the same entry above (locking the top cell in the range but not the bottom)
