You know yuichi deceived everyone, he doesn’t lose his composure, it’s all an act just so he can make everyone think that he is gonna lose
A perfect example was when he was playing team hide and seek during season 1
He pretended it was All over when he got the phone call but at the end he said he had multiple ways to already win

Both are well written character. So it doesn't mater who wins. But it is rather important what we learn from thses two characters.

I read the tomodachi game manga after finishing the anime and yuichi is a well written character probably became one of my favourite mc

Yuuichi loses composure, but not in the way you would expect him too. When people like Light lose composure, it's because they fell for a trap they didn't see coming and have thus been put in an avoidable disadvantageous position. When Yuuichi loses composure, it's because's he's been acting like he's lost the entire time and when he finally pulls the rug from up under you he's A: unable to contain his malicious grin, or B: really pissed

Anyway, Yuuichi vs Ayanokoji is just a weird match, because they're both bad opponenrs for eachother. Ayanokoji doesn't have any emotional or mental weaknesses for Yuuichi to exploit, but Ayanokoji doesnt can't exploit him in turn. In a battle of outsmarting and manipulating, off pure feats, Yuuichi takes it high diff. In intelligence, Koji takes it mid diff. Combat, Koji takes it low diff.

Yuuichi is a really entertaining character and Ayanokoji is just plain scary to me.
