Central govt not interested in south india excavation. The figures of bund for excavation, more than hundreds time lower than north. Even they never given one crore bund also still. But, for gujarat waat excavation & lower outputs, they goven more than 200 crores. Lot & lot of politics, on this research. Main excutive archeologist & founder, bala krishnan from Karnataka, transferred to east india state, as museum incharge.
But, indian archeological rules is "who found it, he must be present to end". On 3rd excavation central closed it, told northing to excavate. Then went to court by state government. Court condemned asi. Given authority to state government.
Keelady excavation need more money. Its private land. Also very big land to excavate. Although now more than 8th excavation going.

India's history must be rewritten. We are so much brain washed about Aaryan invasion theory. Even NCERT doesn't want to update old false Indian History in its books.
