ADVANCED 360 Dive Roll Tutorial (Parkour & Freerunning)

Hey guys! This is a tutorial how to learn the 360 dive roll. The technique is pretty unusual like the other tutorials up there on YouTube, but this is the way I got this trick and I hope it may help you learn the 360 roll too! I'm neither gymnast nor parkour coach, but the way I explain in depth this trick may give you some tips to actually learn it.
