Thank you - that was very helpful! We had the Thule 9024XT and had a really hard time loading the bikes and keeping them separate (the pedal on my bike knocked the chain from his bike). This is so much easier to load (once you know how which your video taught us).

Instead of using the "auto pin" to secure the rack to the vehicle's tow hitch, can I use a separate locking hitch-pin?
