I barely caught a glimpse of some river otters in Clatsop county a few years ago while paddling dowm a river. When they saw us they couldn't dive below the surface fast enough. Still a lot of idiots with rifles shooting them for sport.

Thats once in a life time. Considering the savageness of these little fuckers. For real there know for lots and lots of attacks, breacking the rules of consent on baby seals, tearing cayman to shreads along with gators or crocadiles. Makes sense since these are mustelids.
