“It was in the reign of George II. that the above-named personages lived and quarrelled ; good or bad, handsome or ugly, rich or poor, they are all equal now” What To "Switch On" Next?

Colin Furze sent me here.
But let's face it, I would have been here anyway because I love your channel as well.

I recently went to a live drama performance, they used this as the closing song. The play was like The Matrix and was really technology based.

Amazing, there's a wealth of classical music that would sound fantastic re-imagined

There was me, that is Alex, and my three droogs, that is Pete, Georgie and Dim, and we sat in the Korova Milk Bar trying to make up our razzoodocks what to do with the evening.
The Korova Milk Bar sold milk plus: milk plus vellocet or synthemesc or drencrom, which is what we were drinking. This would sharpen you up and make you ready for a bit of the ol' ultraviolence.

The sounds are so quirky, the arpeggios so lovely. That's what makes it special. I love it.

Love this. Also, I really like blinky lights. I've alway's kind of wondered what Beethoven, Handel, Bach, Chopin; and all the classic masters would have done if modern synths were available. Of course I'm generalizing but as I grow older I just find a lot of modern music is too anxious, or angry, or excited. That's great, but after a while it gets tiring. The classics tried to expand and communicate the full range of human emotion. For example: Robert Schumanns Op: 15 No. 10 Fast zu ernst reminds me of a cool summer day near a lake in the country.
I would say do what you like, and be good at it. And if you like this, I hope to hear more.

I love how this reminds me of British music from the 80s. Can't beat the synth sound

You are talented, just to be able to use these machines, much less in unison, or to play this song... So beautifully.

This kind of music should be playing in your museum.

I don't want this to sound wrong but you're a weird kind of genius. And I meant that as a compliment.

Switched on Barry Lyndon! Great music never dies - regardless of the instruments it’s played on.
