Exactly. This anime fooled me with it's vibrant colors. I literally found this gem under the COMEDY genre because I wanted to laugh and I got depressed instead after watching it in one day

I watched the show back in high school in 2015 and I lost my daughter in December 2023 and I watched it the other day and it hits the differently. I really hope that she is living the rest of my life up there in another universe that she didn’t get to fully enjoy here on earth, she was only one years old. Long live Royalty 💟

Angel beats isn't about making us cry by killing off our beloved characters it's about making us cry just because they moved on from their past regrets and lived their lives and got the happy ending that everyone deserved it's so beautiful that it's most definitely gonna make you tear up

I was just thinking about Angel Beats! I loved the music and the story is just so uplifting. Its one of my top 10 animes of all time! I watched it several times but nowadays I know I would cry way harder.
