For Afterbirth Patch: (Items can spawned much easier now, simply select the item you want in the engine and pick up the pedestal item in your floors item room!)

Alright guys. Welcome to a new video, in this video we will be playing The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth and i will be showing you how to spawn any item in the game using Cheat Engine.

You want the meat boy/bandage girl achievement? done.
Ipecac & God Head? No Problem.

If you don't see the item values within the pedestal script, you have to enter them manually..

if you don't see any of the cheats at the bottom of the program, you probably have not opening the Isaac-ng save file within the engine.

Im going to try this out on the new patch to see if it is still working correctly

For those that don't see any options or the script list is blank, I fixed my issue by moving the Isaac save file to my desktop and starting the program by double clicking the save instead of opening the program first. After that just select the process like he does in the video and i believe it should work. Hope this helps.

How do you manually enter the item values into the pedestal script? I've entered the item values into the value box on the interface but it still won't work.

The save file link doesn't work for me. I clicked on the link and it says "Sorry but you are not authorized to view or download this Attachment." What should I do?
