I found your video very informative, but I may be looking for something different.
My mother has a ZTE Scend that somehow activated a security password system in her purse. She never used a password or PIN, so she has no clue what's needed to unlock access to the phone.
The problem can't (just) be solved by getting a new phone, because all of her medical information and appointments are in the phone.
Is there a method for unlocking access to her phone, or someone I can send it to? (Her carrier, Tracfone said they weren't able to help and suggested she find outside help.)
