Make sure the land value supports the price so you are making a good investment. Look for potential to make improvements to the property to increase its value. Make sure it has good hunting potential and it can be improved for hunting. Look for timber value and future timber value. Dont buy a carcass.

Thanks for the video. I know someone that’s looking into land in Arizona. The property that this person is looking at is designated hunting land. Does that mean there are limitations what you are allowed to build and do on the property if it’s not going to be used for hunting?
