What are determinants of success of sinus surgery?

Sinus surgery is not always linked with great success. Our experts often have good results from sinus surgeries performed on 2/3 of patients suffering from chronic sinus diseases, however, 1/3 of the patients have confirmed that the symptoms and inflammation of the level of the sinus persist despite sinus surgery.
