You know, if we're really worried about vote fraud, I have a simple solution. Let's tighten up security across the board. IDs to vote. Multiple parties escorting the votes each step. Paper trails for every vote. Double counting. Eliminate giant sinks of fraud like mail in votes. That's the way to fix this.
