really enjoyed this 😊 here are my Fitbit stats (56 zone minutes - double the exercise time points - 3, 148 steps - 7 mins peak, 20 mins vigorous, 2 mins moderate, 1 mins light - average heart rate 144 bpm - 280 Calories (for me))
