If we use 382 kg opc for C-40 concrete and water 144, admixture 4.9 how many fly ash should we use ?

Why do we increase coarse aggregate content for every decrease in w/c ratio?as far as I know the strength of concrete increase with decrease in coarse aggregate which is what is done in high strength concrete. Can you please explain?

If aggregate is in surface moisture condition, no need to find dry density. Your calculation is wrong there.
