‘Very strange’: Media targets JD Vance’s beard

Author Douglas Murray has taken aim at a Politico article which tried to argue JD Vance’s facial hair makes him more “masculine” and could convey a more “aggressive” tone.

Mr Murray argued the legacy media class are “running out of ideas” and are not highlighting important issues such as the economy.

“The point you are having to talk about JD Vance's beard and how it might put off non-bearded women, you're really in the sticks because frankly there was a lot more that came out of the vice presidential debate,” he told Sky News host Rita Panahi
