I made an outfeed table for my table saw using the same idea as the workbench extension. Great idea.

Hi Matt, another great video and also getting closer to starting that workshop, and remember it is a poor man that blames his instruction, take card and keep safe.

I love those casters and have them on 3 tables in my shop. One tip I learned is to overhang the table a few inches on the ends with the casters. If greatly cuts down on incidents of kicking into them when walking around the table. Here in the US the 2 major woodworking retailers sell them but Amazon is significantly cheaper if anyone is looking at buying some

Lovely workbench just have a concern about the casters sticking out that far that may slice the side of the canverse maybe have wood around the bottom incase you hit it with the casters

Amazing workbench that anyone could build. Love the mods especially the drop-down extension leaf. Well done.

Your videos are always so well put together and have a great vain of humour when things go wrong. Thanks for making the mistakes for me 🤣🤣🤣

I fitted those casters on one of my benches....I replaced the screws as the ones supplied are made of cottage cheese

how about matching a side Parf side panel to the Parf top. A little stiffening and setting at a true 90 degree??? just a thought!!

The lifting part of the casters will work better if you put a spot of grease where the orange levers contact the black flat part.

I like those casters Matt, haven't seen them before. That flap is a great idea it saves needing three hands and if you saw into it over time just replace it, it'll only five minutes. Good as new again. Tony

Some good features on the workbench matt, really good idea having the fold down work top, like you said it may be best to add some more wood underneath just to strengthen it a little

I've got similar casters on my bench and ended up bolting a piece of angle iron to the casters at either end as I got sick of going around do push each one. All I need do now is push down on the angle iron at each end to get one side up on wheels.
