I think it really is as simple as Alastor hating the fact that he's not in control of something. It wouldn't matter who owned his soul, just the fact that someone does own it angers him deeply.

I like the idea that Alister sold his soul to Lilith far before he died, it'd be kinda cool if his deals with her included him knowing he'd become the "radio demon" apon his death.
he gives Lilith the tech of radio for hell in exchange he got power over it, fallowed up by she empowers radio's influence "by proxy his raw power" with her songs for the price of his soul.
Alister doesn't want people knowing he sold his soul not because it's some kind of vulnerability that someone owns it but because for him it's entirely out of pride.

I also don't think he's going to have a hostal relationship with Lilith once she's shown, if anything he probably happily sold it to her for exactly what he wanted

In Episode 4 it was established Husker can see through everyone's BS. So he might know that Alastor is owned but not who, simply because his insight is so high.

This theory makes sense, but at the same time, when Husk calls this out; Alastor loses his shit. The fact someone owns his soul is something he deeply resents to the point of unbridled anger. And when we see Alastor and Rosie at the table during the meeting, they seem friendly towards each other they even smile at one another. And we see through Angel Dust and Valentino, and even Husk and Alastor, that sinners and their soul owners tend to have a very bitter and hateful relationship with each other. So if Alastor HATES being reminded of his situation to the point of threatening Husk’s life, why would he be friendly towards Rosie? But be so spiteful of Lucifer?


EDIT: also, in order for a sinner to sell their soul, the one they’re selling to has to be significantly more powerful (specifically Overlords). Why would Rosie own Alastor’s soul if they’re of the same power level and rank?

I don't think Husk meant a literal leash like the one he is wearing. Instead Alastor has formed an emotional attachment, which he would never admit. What Husk is referring to with "leash" is Alastor taking orders from Charlie, despite not getting anything out of it. Being the most empathetic member of the main cast and knowing Alastor for a while, Husk would be able to figure this out by himself without knowing the facts.
