I personally would believe Lilith could own Alastor's soul. Any demons from the Overlord hierarchy and above that can own Souls of any demon lower than them. So which says Lilith, the Queen of Hell, can also own Souls too. Plus, Lilith and Alastor were both gone for 7 years. Too many things add up

Your theory makes the most sense to me. One thing I’ve noticed about Alastor is that whenever he changes form, a red “X” appears on his forehead, similar to the one on Vaggie’s eyepatch and on the masks the angels wear. This leads me to believe that the one who owns his soul is indeed an angel.

I agree with your theory and here’s how I think it happened

About seven years ago before leaving for heaven Lili wanted to ensure her daughter Charlie was safe in her absence so she made a deal with The Radio Demon Alastor the most powerful overlord hell had ever known. Alastor would watch over Charlie and as a reward Lili will grant him the one thing no soul in hell can refuse, something that no overlord like himself can offer, something that only a few beings like herself can offer, something like a chance to see a love one in heaven such as Alastor’s mother. The one person Al ever loved more then himself was his mother meaning he simply couldn’t refuse this opportunity, so he reluctantly agreed under the condition he does it his way to which Lili agreed unaware he had his own plan in mind. So for seven years he watched over Charlie from the shadows waiting for the perfect opportunity to reveal himself and offer her his services and that moment came when Charlie called her mother for help.

To be fair in the pilot I’m pretty sure Alastor is watching Charlie’s song before so the call thing may be coincidental though I do love the theory

I am not sure the sentence "lilith doesnt like Lucifer at all" makes any sense. We dont have any indication about this, except Lilith being in heaven. But that can have various reasons. Sure Lilith can be the one have a deal with Alastor. But him being mean to lucifer because of that? Hardly.
I have a loose theory, that might not be truth, but I think theres a chance Lucifer actualy is the one with deal with Alastor. After all Lucifer wants to help his daughter but act like its mostly her own doing. And the part where Alastor and Lucifer have singing showdown and Alastor being all mean toward Luci? Well we seen Angel being snarky at Valentino sometime, same like Husk act toward Radio Demon. Have snappy words is their only way to emptily defy their master.

I'm not saying that Lilith doesn't own Alastor's soul, I personally like to think it's Roo that does but there's not much to back that up and there's a helluva lot to back the Lilith Theory up, but why are we ignoring the scene in the pilot where Al is watching the news broadcast thing where Charlie talks about her hotel and shows curiosity? Or intrigue or whatever

Also in the pilot he looks at a picture of Lilith and his smile gets bigger, Lilith probably did that

I believe Lilith made a deal with Adam, he believed he could stop the redemptions by removing Lilith from hell. What he didn't know Lilith did send Alastair to look over Charlie, Lilith knew it would be her to make it work. But now with Sir Pentious in Heaven and Adam dead, Sera will do whatever it takes to stop Charlie. Even though Charlie doesn't know about Sir Pentious or how he got there. Now, the game is on.

It may not be true cause we see Alastor without Lilith in the pilot before he was at the hotel so I don’t think Lilith would be able to call him that quick plus we see how Alastor is able to teleport hysk from the casino to the hotel which leads me to believe you can only summon them to your location

If that's Lilith who owns Alastor, then i don't think Lilith is like the total villain in Hazbin.

Sometimes i feel like that there's a truth about Sera, bc we can see some angels in the episode 6 in the "You didn't know" scene where they didn't support her attitude of declaring a second extermination without telling anyone beforehand, not even Emily, at this point I wonder what is Sera really hiding from everyone not only from the sinners but from the angels aswell.

I, personally, think Lilith owning Alastor is a bit too obvious, like a red Herring. But it is obvious that he is owned by someone very powerful. I'll wait until it is confirmed or denied, but my money is on Eve/Roo.
