Every now and then those red light runners trying to save a few seconds ends up spending many hours dealing with insurance, police, and the autobody repair shop. The really unlucky ones spend days in the hospital. Sure hope it was worth it for those people.

Steve D, to me it's obvious why he's doing it. He's deliberately f'ing with every other driver. That's why he makes a point to do it to everyone he passes by. He gets a kick out of doing it and getting away with it. Until someone confronts him and kicks his ass, he'll keep doing it whenever he feels like it. Yaibisalki, and I ask you "Why are you depending on other drivers to look out for you?". You really trust that truck driver to be driving while worrying about you? It's a smarter move to just stay out of their blind spots. There are a few cars visible in your clip yet you are the only one who was hit, there's a reason for that.

In Europe, a brake check is seen as insurance fraud, attempted damage and inflicting injury. So, never do that kind of thing in Europe, you will also get a fine between 5 and 10 thousand euros. This does not include the costs of the court and the insurer.
