I looked up the story of the Uber Eats killer. He was delivering food and the customer was irate that it took so long. Customer was cursing him and threatening to harm him. Guy shot the customer and got life in prison.

if im at work and a coworker viciously throws an item at me with the intend of hurting me, do i have the right to hit them?

If that is the case, Why is my Grandson in jail now at 3 yrs and had Walked up to our friends truck asked for a ride was cussed, hit with the door of the truck and threatened to be jumped on so in fear of his life shot him a couple times, ( Only) because he had blown several of his fingers off with fireworks and took a plea deal of ten yrs, note he wasn't the aggressor, the man he Sho had just gotten out of Prison for Arson and Stalking, now he had never been in trouble, Simply just Traumatized in the past at School by being jumped on by 3 students trying to take his shoes, who was ( PUT on Probation for 6 most, Where is Justice at IN This???

Well they should have added stalking and then initiating/inciting a conflict after a pattern of events that gives you reasonable suspicion to have to defend yourself against a person of a threat in the moment plus it’s not just killing it can be saying fuck you, punching, shooting, etc…equal force and deadly force if necessary you don’t have to walk away either you can stand there and wait till the try you by ga law …. That’s just some of what can start the conversation because that all that I see is a conversation with callers to a segment on a show😂

This stand your ground law mixed with these typical scary cat mentalities will present more issues than solutions. There should be training protocols in place before using self defense.
