I love how Krishan brings joy to his dances. He may not be the most smoothest but I enjoy watching him and Lauren is always fun and a bit tamale. 7/10

Strictly Come Dancing Week Eight.

First up is Krishnan Guru Murthy and Lauren Oakley dancing the Samba.

Krishnan and Lauren you have been a joy to watch, I feel sad that this pairing didn't make it to Blackpool but is what it is, this pairing brought the happiness to strictly this year and without them I feel like this series will become more of a competition than an entertainment program.

Thank you Krishnan for bringing the pure joy and emotional happiness, the viewers are sure to miss your smile and happiness each week and thank you Lauren for supporting Krishnan and teaching him how to dance.

He has the smoothest batucadas (1:02) I've ever seen a celeb perform on Strictly. I CANNOT believe that was not mentioned by anyone. There have been better dancers who cannot get those right (Ashley Roberts for example) -- Len would've mentioned this.

He’s really fun and enjoyable, but this wasn’t his best unfortunately. 😢. I think he’s gonna go now, but I’m really proud of him making it this far and really taking Lauren’s information in, it’s really lovely to see! But if he does go I wouldn’t be that surprised, but I liked some bits of it though.

So I love Krishnan to pieces and the thing is there's no denying he is the essence of what Strictly is about so it's been lovely to see how he's get better each week. And I will say Samba, as people have said, is one of the hardest dances around. Unfortunately though I think this was the dance where its shown how week he is as it felt a bit wooden for my liking and as if it is 'by the numbers' at times. But that being said I say that with the understanding that he isn't a pro and actually it was a good Samba. It's just such a shame that we are at week 8 now and everyone is getting so good.
