Namaste 🙏 to all of you. I started practicing yoga, .pranayama and meditation 3 years ago. Since then, i am more and more interested in Buddhism as a way of life and I am very prone to choose Buddhism as my philosophy and religion. Born and raised as a Roman Catholic in Rome, I am tired of hearing that I am going to burn in hell forever because I am a sinner, because I am divorced, because I did not want to have children, because I don't go to Church every Sunday. I am seriously considering of converting to Buddhism, but living in Italy, I don't think it'll be so easy. I'll start reading books and learn as much as I can and see where this path shall take me. Dear monk, I really appreciate your videos, don't stop doing them. They are very soothing for my troubled soul. Peace and happiness to you. Namo Buddhaya.

I am 60 years old and have remembered my past life since around age 3. To this day I can see the house I live in, the area, my older brother and younger sister, my mother. My father died in WWII. I was a young Japanese boy in my last life and died in 1944 in a tsunami. I remember the heavy rains before the earthquake, the water coming in and all the debris and I remember falling into the water as it took over our village. I remember only the day I died and some of the events before it happened. In this life I am terrified of water so much so when I shower I cover my face. The thing is in this life I drowned at age 13 while taking swimming lessons, they did CPR and brought me back. My last thought as I sat on bottom of that pool was, "Not again." That started my journey to find out about all my memories of this other life.

so to me there is no doubt we reincarnate. I also remember another life where I was not a very good person to women and in this life I am a woman working out my Karma. Think I got the message loud and clear, so hoping my next life will be much better but I wont take for granted it will be. Just be a good human!

Namo Buddhaya. Theruwan Saranai. Wrong deeds, bad words and bad intentions brings suffering to ones life and that’s itself is Hell in a way, when you suffer the consequences. The happiness gained by doing good deeds, good words and intentions makes a heavenly atmosphere for that person. Thank you for your wisdom and your great teachings.
